Canyon Crossroads

Phoenix, Arizona

The development of this 180,000 SF shopping center, anchored by Fry’s (Kroger), included a “power parasol” that provides shade, a natural draft in the summer, and an array of solar panels that produce the power for the Fry’s. Through a public/private partnership with the City of Phoenix, we constructed several miles of infrastructure.
