This 1.85 acre prime downtown site was afflicted by City regulations and by three sets of private use restrictions with three different adjacent property owners, all of which conflicted with each other, thereby making the site unbuildable. We renegotiated all of the agreements to the point of a “shovel ready” site for a five-story residential building, then sold the site to a multi-family developer.
